QNX Supports AMCC PowerPC 440 Processors QNX Software Systems announced early June that the QNX® Neutrino® RTOS now supports the high-performance AMCC PowerPC 440GP and 440GX processors. With its modular, memory-protected architecture, the QNX Neutrino RTOS enables systems based on AMCC 440GP/GX processors to achieve exceptional fault tolerance and scalability. QNX Neutrino also provides a highly efficient, hard-realtime scheduler, allowing networking applications to harness the full compute power of the processors' PowerPC cores.

NOW AVAILABLE QNX Neutrino RTOS v6.3 BSP for TQC PowerQuiCC II Modules TQ Components GmbH and IBV - Ingenieurbuero Vollbracht are pleased to announce the availability of a QNX Neutrino RTOS v6.3 Board Support Package for the TQC PowerQuiccII Modules TQM82xx. Currently the BSP is released for the TQM8265. The BSP consists of: IPL, Startup, Serial Driver (SMC/SCC), Fast Ethernet Driver, PCI-Server.
