IBM WebSphere Studio Device Developer is an integrated development environment (IDE) for the creation
and testing of applications that will be deployed on handsets and other small devices. It helps developers create applications
that enable devices (such as PDAs, and other pervasive applications) to become part of an end-to-end e-business solution.
Similar to the IDE provided by the QNX® Momentics® development suite Professional Edition (PE), IBM WebSphere
Studio Device Developer is built on Eclipse v2.1 technology, providing a familiar tool framework to QNX Momentics developers
and compatibility with plug-ins from the ecosystem and community.
The product integrates with IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer V5.1.2 and IBM WebSphere Studio Site Developer
V5.1.2 to form a comprehensive application development environment.
