dnssec-dsfromkey

DNSSEC Delegation Signer resource record generation tool

Syntax:

dnssec-dsfromkey [options...] {keyfile} {dnsname}

Description:

The dnssec-dsfromkey utility outputs the Delegation Signer (DS) resource record (RR), as defined in RFC 3658 and RFC 4509, for the given key(s). It is part of BIND DNS server software.

This program uses the OpenSSL library for cryptography services.
