camera_set_brightness()
Set the brightness value on the camera

- handle
- The handle returned by a call to the camera_open() function.
- brightness
- The brightness value to set. Higher values make the image brighter while lower values make the image darker.

Use this function to increase or decrease the brightness on the camera. Brightness controls the luminosity of the pixels in an image. You can call camera_get_supported_brightness() to determine the available brightness values that can be used.
Returns:
CAMERA_EOK when the function successfully completes, otherwise another camera_error_t value that provides the reason that the call failed.
